The Role: Inside Sales Representative (Remote)
We’re looking for a go-getter with a hunter mentality — someone who thrives on chasing down leads, getting past gatekeepers, and turning “not interested” into “tell me more.” You’ll be:
Calling decision makers to introduce community solar
Overcoming objections with confidence
Booking solid appointments for our outside sales team
Setting up proposals and keeping communication tight and clear
Following up until the deal is moving forward
What You Bring:
Proven sales or appointment-setting experience
Fearless on the phone — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
Excellent communication skills — you listen, connect, and close for the next step
Organized and persistent — you don’t let hot leads go cold
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Renewable energy experience is a plus
