We are looking to immediately hire a full-time employee to join our Inside Sales team.
****The role has three main parts to it:
- Creating quotes and sales orders for new and existing customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Managing open orders - from writing up material requests for our purchasing team, to creating work orders for our manufacturing team.
- Contacting customers by phone, email, and text message to coordinate delivery or pick up of materials
This role requires someone who is a solid communicator, eager to help customers, and quick to learn our products. The customers you will work with are often looking for direction and guidance as they determine what materials work best for their intended application. They will be relying on your professional knowledge, insight, and training to guide them to the best possible solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Punctual and dependable attendance – hours are Mon.-Fri. 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Sales or customer service experience
- Must be able to type 40+ words per minute
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
- Able to lift 75 lbs. or more, as needed
