Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a range of clients, from beach shops to resort stores, and be part of a fun, fast-paced industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular outreach (via phone, email, and digital platforms) to existing and potential key accounts to promote our products and services.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their business offerings and maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns targeting key accounts.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management on key account performance and potential growth areas.
- Attend trade shows and industry events as needed to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in apparel, fashion, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse clients.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and driving sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
- May require occasional travel to visit key accounts and attend industry events (up to 20%).
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones.
