    Position Overview

    We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through customer engagement, inbound and outbound sales, and pipeline management. In this role, you will manage trailer rental and lease opportunities , support field sales teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to close.

    This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in inside sales, logistics, equipment leasing, or transportation sales.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Sales & Customer Engagement

    • Manage inbound sales inquiries , quotes, and trailer rental/lease requests
    • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business and re-engage inactive accounts
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
    • Support field sales teams with quote development and deal coordination
    • Manage account lifecycle including renewals, add-ons, and contract updates
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

    Pipeline Management & CRM (Salesforce)

    • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce
    • Document all customer interactions, activities, and follow-ups
    • Track quote aging and sales cycle progression
    • Provide pipeline reports and sales updates to leadership
    • Follow structured onboarding and renewal cadences (30/60/90-day touchpoints)

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Account Services, Credit, and Finance teams on onboarding and approvals
    • Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations for equipment availability and scheduling
    • Work with Branch teams to ensure accurate delivery timelines
    • Support billing, payment inquiries, and escalations with Finance/AR

    Quoting & Documentation

    • Prepare accurate quotes for trailer rentals, leases, renewals, and amendments
    • Validate pricing, terms, freight, and approvals
    • Use Salesforce templates to complete sales documentation and workflows

    Customer Experience & Retention

    • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
    • Improve satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups
    • Collaborate internally to quickly resolve service or billing concerns
    • Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Strong communication skills (phone, email, virtual meetings
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
    • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
    • Ability to manage high-volume sales activity and prioritize workload
    • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
