    Position Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on prospecting and developing new customer relationships, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close, and supporting overall revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Make outside sales call as necessary.

    · Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

    · Conduct product presentations and consultations to understand customer needs and recommend products that meet the customer’s needs.

    · Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activities, and report on sales performance.

    · Collaborate with all of the other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

    · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Qualifications

    · Minimum 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the waste equipment or related industrial sector.

    · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

    · Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required.

    · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

    Preferred Skills

    · Knowledge of capital equipment sales and or waste management equipment

    · Experience with B2B sales and capturing new business.

    · Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market.
