    Inside Sales Representative – Slab Focus

    Core Responsibilities

    • Assist homeowners/builders/designers/fabricators in selections slabs (countertops) for their projects
    • Work with DCs on tile opportunities with clients you assist
    • Assist DC team on closing transactions with fabricators when needed
    • Complete quotes, sales transactions, and processing of payments in a timely manner
    • Stay current on all product knowledge to better communicate features and benefits to help build customer knowledge and confidence in our products
    • Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team members
    • Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals
    • Assist fabricator walk-ins with slab transactions
    • Daily hold calls/conversations with fabricators (house accounts)
    • Prepare and send digital offers and promotions to support branch slab sales
    • Invoicing through our System
    • Interacts with existing customers to increase sales of the Company's products and services
    • Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing customers
    • Product knowledge, special product requests, product pricing

    Back UP Responsibilities

    • Assist fabricator walk-ins with sink and tool transactions
    • Respond to walk-in and telephone customer inquiries
    • Identifying customers tool product
    • Locating and retrieving tool product
    • Finalizing tool transaction, and assisting in the shipment of product if needed

    Inside Sales Representative – Counter Focus

    Core Responsibilities

    • Assist fabricator walk-ins with sink, slab, & tool transactions
    • Respond to walk-in and telephone customer inquiries
    • Be the go-to on specific product knowledge, special product requests, & product pricing
    • Identifying customers product needs
    • Locating and retrieving product to assist other Team members
    • Finalizing transactions, and assisting in the shipment of product if needed
    • Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing customers
    • Interacts with existing customers to increase sales of the Company's products and services
    • Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team members
    • Complete quotes, sales transactions, and processing of payments in a timely manner
    • Prepare and send digital offers and promotions to support branch Sink & tool sales
    • Responsible for efforts in meeting monthly TEAM sales goals

    Back UP Responsibilities
