The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join The Reynolds Team at Compass in an outbound-focused sales role. You'll create new business through high-volume prospecting—including expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, and database re-engagement—while also nurturing inbound and existing leads. Your job is to start conversations, build rapport, uncover motivation, navigate objections, and turn qualified buyer and seller opportunities into appointments for our sales team. We're looking for someone who is outgoing, persuasive, goal-oriented, and energized by seeing their efforts turn into results. Resilient and persistent, treating every 'not now' as an opening instead of a closed door The Inside Sales Associate reports to the Inside Sales Manager and works closely with our real estate agents to create a seamless experience from initial conversation through agent handoff. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities Health benefits available Paid time off Ongoing sales training, coaching, and role-play Access to established lead sources, prospecting tools, CRM technology, and an existing consumer database Opportunity for professional growth within a high-performing real estate organization Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone call, including expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database re-engagement, and other targeted lead sources Engage and nurture inbound and existing leads through consistent phone, text, email, and video follow-up Resilient and persistent, viewing "not now" as the beginning of a conversation rather than the end Build rapport, uncover motivation and needs, navigate objections, and identify qualified buyer and seller opportunities Set quality appointments for the sales team and provide clear, professional handoffs with relevant client information Maintain accurate lead information, notes, follow-up plans, and pipeline activity within the CRM Consistently meet established performance goals for prospecting activity, conversations, appointments set, and appointments met Participate in ongoing coaching, role play, script practice, and skill development to continuously strengthen sales and conversion skills Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Manager and sales agents to improve appointment quality, conversion, follow-up, and the overall client experience Qualifications: 1–3 years of sales, prospecting, or phone-based experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus Strong phone presence with the confidence and stamina to handle high-volume outbound conversations Outgoing and persuasive with the ability to quickly build rapport and navigate objections Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results Resilient, self-motivated, and able to maintain consistency in a high-volume sales environment Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of personal accountability Experience with CRM systems, auto dialers, and sales technology preferred Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to ongoing role play and skill development Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 base + bonus - $100,000 opportunity
