Your job is to build relationships, nurture leads, and guide clients to the next step in their real estate journey. You’ll work hand-in-hand with one of the top-producing teams in the area, backed by a proven system and full support. Responsibilities: • Set appointments for our sales team. • Calling property inquiries and requests, and buyer & seller leads we supply - no cold calling! • Accountability & daily reporting. Qualifications: • Strong drive to meet & exceed daily goals. • Pleasant phone voice & exceptional. • Willingness to obtain your real estate license. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
