Inside Sales Representative

No one we know enjoys that! Our system is the key to our Inside Salespeople's success and retention. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities: • No cold prospecting. Call back property inquiries and requests • Set appointments for our outside sales team • No marketing or advertising necessary • All buyer and seller leads supplied Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • A great attitude. Some customer service sales calling experience • Good phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivated Compensation: $100,000
