    We’re looking for two highly motivated and growth-minded individuals in Birmingham, Alabama, who want the rare opportunity to enjoy a true 40-hour workweek while earning a six-figure income. This is a dedicated Inside Sales Representative role focused exclusively on following up with and nurturing qualified, pre-screened leads — no cold calling and no prospecting required. You’ll join an experienced inside sales team supporting one of the top-producing real estate teams in Birmingham. Enjoy a predictable schedule (3–4 evenings per week and 3 of 4 weekends, with some flexibility), two weeks of vacation, and genuinely work-free days off. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with qualified buyer and seller leads provided • Build relationships, provide value, and nurture prospects until they are ready for appointments • Convert leads into booked appointments for the outside sales team • Maintain detailed Contact Management System notes, tracking conversations, follow-up, and pipeline status • Communicate professionally with clients and team members • Collaborate with the team to continually improve scripts, conversion rates, and systems • Represent the team with a high level of integrity and client care • Attend weekly team meetings Qualifications: • Prior sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities • Comfortable working a consistent schedule, including evenings and weekends • A positive, team-first mindset with the ability to leave ego at the door • Self-starting, intuitive, coachable, and able to follow a proven system • Experience working leads, in a CRM is a plus, but not required • Active or Inactive Real Estate License is a plus, but not required Compensation: $105,000
