Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Listen to callers and understand their concerns. Help direct them to our company for next steps and solutions. • Show up to work on time each day with little to no absences. Near-perfect attendance is required for this role. • Respond to incoming calls quickly, minimizing caller wait time • Build rapport with prospects and schedule prospects to meet with staff • Complete intake forms on all callers so that the company has the data it needs to help prospective new clients • Type information into the computer system as you are meeting with the prospect. We do not write down information and type it later. Everything must be typed in real time. • Maintain prospect confidentiality and privacy. • Actively listen to sensitive information and sad situations with empathy and compassion, encouraging the prospect to move forward and change their situation • Close sales with prospects • Overcome objections • Focus on each call and each caller. Customize the client's needs and understand the client's goals. Qualifications: • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Superior verbal communication skills. Able to convey information with clarity. Skilled at sharing information and asking information-seeking questions. • Excellent writing and spelling in English. You will complete forms and must be able to accurately type as you are talking with the prospective new client. • Typing 50 words per minute or greater with high accuracy. • Follow directions. You must be able to connect with other humans and demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence. Compensation: $8 - $12 hourly
