Office Perks: • Game Room (Ping Pong, Bags, Xbox, PS5) • Free 24/7 Access to Onsite Gym • Starbucks & Full Café • Nearby Local Restaurants Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening • Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer Qualifications: • Two years of previous sales experience • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness) • Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role • A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + commission
