We’re looking for a full-time inside sales representative to join our team. You’ll work with our outside sales reps to convert requests for quotes to sales and process orders with their contacts. You will be tasked with working with them on pre-qualified leads and turning them into new customers, and turning existing clients into repeat business. Candidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for closing deals. Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to succeed are the requirements. Responsibilities: • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports • Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal • Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of • Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data • Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication Qualifications: • Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software • High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued • Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills • At least one year of experience as a sales representative Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
