Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to understand their needs and introduce our real estate cash buying services. • Qualify leads by assessing their interest and readiness to engage with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into loyal customers. • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. • Provide timely follow-ups to inquiries, ensuring prospects feel valued and informed throughout their journey with us. • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to offer relevant insights and advice to potential clients. • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our collective sales approach and success rate. Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Two years of previous sales experience • This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to report to the office daily. Compensation: $70,000+
