    Inside Sales Specialist – Tax Relief Solutions

    Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office

    Guardian Tax is growing and looking for driven, coachable sales professionals to join our high-performance Irvine team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want strong earning potential, a structured sales environment, and the ability to grow within a results-driven organization.

    You will be speaking with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your role is to listen, understand their situation, explain available options clearly, and guide them toward the best next step to resolve their tax challenges.

    Compensation & Earning Potential

    • 15% commission on every closed deal
    • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
    • Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities

    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
    • Build trust quickly and deliver a professional client experience
    • Assess each client's financial situation and needs
    • Clearly present available tax resolution options
    • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
    • Close deals and guide clients through the enrollment process
    • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
    • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

    Schedule

    • In-office position (Irvine, CA)
    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday per month

    Requirements

    • Minimum 6 months of phone sales or inside sales experience required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
    • Competitive, goal-driven mindset
    • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
    • Coachable, motivated, and professional attitude
