We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making follow-up calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Qualifications: • Winning attitude , eager to grow, and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Phone-based experience is a big plus (call centers, reception, front desk, etc.) • Strong communication skills — confident, engaging, and a great listener • Dependable and organized , with the ability to multitask under pressure • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (CRMs, docs, email, etc.) • Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, restaurants, hospitality, etc.) Compensation: $90,000+ In base & Commissions
