Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for Inside Sales Specialist. Pay rate starts at $45,000
Responsibilities:
·Establish lasting relationships and collaboration within the Sales organization, as well as other departments within the company
·Handle general inbound sales inquiries, interest, and order inquiries
·Outbound calling to follow up on older estimates.
·Follow up with existing customers with little recent account activity to re-engage
·Gather contact information, market data, qualifiers, and other information from prospects; enter and maintain accurate data
·Work with and develop a cooperative partnership with sales team members to better align efforts
·Ensure proper documentation of all sales prospects and related follow-up activity
·Serve as liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems
·Nurturing unqualified leads to keep them in the sales cycle
·Provide succinct follow-up via phone and email
·Must be comfortable spending majority of time on the phone working inbound leads
·Conduct discovery calls to potential clients
·Completing estimates for customers and processing PO’s
·Ability to manage multiple projects through complete process to ensure sold jobs are being produced in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
·Strong organizational and time-management skills
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
·Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
·Ability to read and understand blueprints
·Strong organizational skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
