    Inside Sales Support are responsible for assisting the outside salesman in creating quotes, invoices, and deliveries for both new and existing customers. They should positively represent Home Central consistent with company values. Their job will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities: • Receives and processes orders from customers and outside salesman, providing pricing, product and delivery information. • Assists walk-in customers with information or product orders. • Feilds phone and in-person inquiries, providing quotes from established price lists and sharing relevant product information. • Coordinates orders with yard personnel. • Assists customers with issues or concerns. • Communicates order information and status updates to the appropriate outside salesman for their customers. • Coordinates purchase and delivery of special-order products, obtaining information on pricing, specifications, and usage. • Maintains ongoing product knowledge. • Understand best practices within the building industry. • May assist in pulling and delivering products to customer job sites. • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other store personnel. • Monitor competitor pricing, product offering, services, fees and marketing efforts to ensure our company stays competitive. • Keep management up to date on current customers and orders. • Work with outside salesman to ensure customer satisfaction. • Inputs customer orders, pricing, and other necessary information. • Create accurate and complete sales orders and invoices.
