Talentline Services is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to support and grow our clients third-party repair business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the electrical and motor repair space and is comfortable working with municipalities, electrical contractors, and manufacturing customers.
The Sales Representative will be tasked with generating new business growth, handle incoming inquiries, generate quotes, follow up on opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships while working closely with operations and repair teams.
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, estimates, and proposals
Communicate with customers regarding repair scope, lead times, pricing, and scheduling
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Municipalities
Electrical contractors
Manufacturing and industrial facilities
Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities to drive conversions
Work closely with internal repair, operations, and management teams to ensure customer expectations are met
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity
Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term service partnerships
Proven experience in technical sales
Strong understanding of motor repair terminology, processes, and customer requirements
Experience working with municipal, contractor, and manufacturing clients
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes and customers simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
