    Non-Negotiables (read twice)

    • Proven track record as a top 5–10% producer at your last sales role.

    • Ability to control the conversation, disqualify quickly, and close fast without excuses.

    The Role

    • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients needing immediate tax relief.
    • Run them through our proven consult → qualify → close system.
    • Deliver solutions that change their financial future—while stacking wins for yourself.
    • Own your pipeline, hit your number, and never sandbag.

    Schedule & Location

    • Mon–Fri + One half-day Saturday per month (typically the first Saturday)
    • In-office role (Irvine, CA) – no remote option.
