Yushin America Inc. is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Assistant to support our sales team at our Cranston, RI facility. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between technical product specifications and customer needs. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position requires a strong understanding of technical products to accurately process orders, prepare documentation, and support customers.

Core Responsibilities

** Sales Support & Documentation**

• Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations
• Manage sales orders and assist with completing technical documentation and forms

** Technical Translation**

• Interpret and simplify complex technical product information
• Clearly explain product features and benefits to both technical and non-technical customers

** Lead & Pipeline Management**

• Track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity using Salesforce

** Client Relationship Support**

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate technical information and assist in resolving customer issues

** Cross-Functional Collaboration**

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support identification of new business opportunities and customer needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

** Technical Proficiency**

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Oracle and SolidWorks preferred

** Industry Knowledge**

• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical manufacturing equipment (e.g., robots, sensors, automation systems) preferred

** Communication**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and support pricing or order discussions

** Education**

• High school diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, or related) strongly preferred
• This role offers growth potential into an Inside Sales Engineer position
