Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for quoting, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and teammates.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate sales quotes
- Communicate product specifications, applications, and product life cycle information
- Help customers identify the best solutions for their needs
- Provide information regarding product availability and pricing
- Manage online inventory inquiries and email communications throughout the day
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls and sales pipeline activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product developments
- Prepare timely reports and keep management informed of sales activity
- Collaborate closely with support teams, account management, business development, and community management
- Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
