Compensation:
Base Pay: $2,000 – $2,500 bi-weekly (gross)
Commission: 1% – 2.5% of gross revenue (based on margin)
Total Earning Potential: $7,000–$10,000+ per month (Uncapped!)
We’re looking for a Sales /Purchaser to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced and growing industry. This is a phone-heavy, outbound sales role where you'll contact recycling centers, scrap dealers, and commercial businesses to purchase electronic recyclables by the pallet.
This is the ideal position for someone who’s self-motivated, a strong negotiator, and thrives in a commission-driven environment.
Make outbound cold calls to recycling facilities and potential suppliers
Identify sources of electronic recyclables (e.g., laptops, phones, IT scrap)
Negotiate pricing and terms based on material type, quality, and market value
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suppliers
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely pickups
Track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals using CRM tools
4–5 years of outbound or cold calling sales experience
Strong communication and closing skills
Experience in recycling, scrap, or commodities is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is a plus
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM or lead management software
Highly motivated, self-starting, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven setting
