Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inside sales represented inbound and outbound call and email marketing material for customers.
• Input order/export all ecommerce orders, credits and returns into the database
• Checking credit references for new customers
• Answering incoming calls.
• Process order, post invoice, ship order.
• Responded to Customer Service email retail and wholesale.
• Make outbound sale call to develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Service walks in customer, ringing the sale.
• Check stock, coordinator with oversea manufacture.
• Assistance Marketing and Accounting Deptartment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Are very detail-oriented and accurate
• Having strong telephone communication skills
• Having excellent customer service skills are computer literate
• High-energy and teamwork
• Microsoft, excel, word, window
• Eager to work and in an energetic customer oriental environment with customers.
• Support sale representative out in the field also.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Required drug /alcohol test and background check.
• USA citizenship.

Education & Experience

• Have at least 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Computer literacy required for customer order and Microsoft background.
