Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inside sales represented inbound and outbound call and email marketing material for customers.
- Input order/export all ecommerce orders, credits and returns into the database
- Checking credit references for new customers
- Answering incoming calls.
- Process order, post invoice, ship order.
- Responded to Customer Service email retail and wholesale.
- Make outbound sale call to develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Service walks in customer, ringing the sale.
- Check stock, coordinator with oversea manufacture.
- Assistance Marketing and Accounting Deptartment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Are very detail-oriented and accurate
- Having strong telephone communication skills
- Having excellent customer service skills are computer literate
- High-energy and teamwork
- Microsoft, excel, word, window
- Eager to work and in an energetic customer oriental environment with customers.
- Support sale representative out in the field also.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Required drug /alcohol test and background check.
- USA citizenship.
Education & Experience
- Have at least 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Computer literacy required for customer order and Microsoft background.
