    Inside Sales and Partnership Specialist

    Role Overview

    The Inside Sales and Partnerships Specialist is responsible for closing unconverted field estimates and generating new revenue through partnerships and light B2B sales. This role focuses on monetizing opportunities that were not closed in person and building referral relationships with HVAC and related service companies for indoor air quality services.

    This is a high-accountability, revenue-driving role designed for someone who thrives on follow-up, closing, and ownership of results.

    What You Will Do

    Call and follow up on all unclosed field estimates within defined SLAs

    Re-engage prospects, overcome objections, and close deals remotely

    Manage a pipeline of warm leads and open estimates

    Coordinate with operations to schedule completed jobs with internal performance teams

    Build and maintain partnerships with HVAC and related home service companies

    Generate referral-based and B2B IAQ opportunities

    Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and deal statuses

    Collaborate with sales leadership on scripts, objections, and pricing feedback

    Track personal performance metrics and revenue contribution

    Performance Expectations

    Consistently close unconverted field estimates

    Generate measurable monthly revenue from recovered deals and partnerships

    Maintain fast speed-to-contact and disciplined follow-up

    Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date

    Operate within company values and sales standards

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven inside sales or phone-closing experience

    Strong objection-handling and follow-up discipline

    Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment

    Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

    Confident communicator with a professional phone presence

    CRM experience required

    Home services or B2B sales experience preferred
