Want a steady stream of income without having to drive around, cold prospect or have to pay for your own marketing? • We offer a 40-hour a week, base pay plus commission • We seek highly driven Appointment Setter to follow up with Motivated Seller and Buyer Leads and convert them to appointments for agents • All equipment is provided for you! Set 40 40-hour work week! • Available shifts: 9 - 5 pm OR 10:30 - 6:30 pm • Must work at least (2) 10:30 - 6:30 pm shifts per week, for which you will earn an additional (4) PTO days per year! • (1) Saturday 10 - 6 pm per month required (of the Wednesday prior) • (10) PTO Days + (4) Additionally Earned PTO Days and (7) Major Holidays paid • PTO days are annually prorated Responsibilities: • No cold prospecting. Some customer service sales calling experience • Good phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivated • Self-disciplined. Able to follow directions Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000
