Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to focus on new client acquisition. This role involves cold calling, qualifying leads, and guiding prospects through the sales process to close deals and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
Qualify leads from various sources (web, referrals, campaigns, events)
Present company services and tailor solutions to client needs
Maintain and update CRM with prospect info and activity
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals
Track and report on sales metrics
Requirements:
Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead generation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, persuasive, and motivated to meet goals
Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently or with a team
Sales experience (call center or B2B preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Pay is based on experience, with opportunity for monthly commissions!
