Responsibilities: Inside Sales Phase: • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, and other outreach methods to build a robust sales pipeline. • Qualifying and passing leads to account executives for conversion, ensuring a quick turnaround. • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information on prospective and past clients. • Report monthly and quarterly on key performance and sales metrics to meet targets. Outside Sales Phase (after training): • Work within your designated geography to identify and close new business opportunities. • Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to drive client acquisition. • Represent CDCN in face-to-face meetings, showcasing our hyper-local marketing solutions. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related role (inside sales experience preferred). • Superb communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. • Understanding of the sales process and CRM tools (e.g., client database management). • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car for outside sales. • A college degree is preferred but not required. • Enthusiasm for working with diverse communities and businesses. Compensation: $91,000+ at plan base + commission
