Inside.com is a network of email newsletters. We publish high-quality roundups that curate, summarize, and analyze all of the most important news in many different verticals and industries. 

You don't need deep experience in technology reporting, but you definitely need a strong writing and journalism background, as well as a strong knowledge of the topic you're covering. An engaged social media following will be a huge advantage, as you'll be expected to help grow your newsletter's audience.

Our team is entirely distributed – so you can work from anywhere. Please note: if you're applying for one of the city newsletters, we want you to be based in that city.

A few requirements:

• AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A JOURNALIST doing original reporting. Business reporting experience is a huge plus.
• STELLAR SELF-EDITING PROFICIENCY. While a team of editors will review your work prior to publication, we expect clean, typo-free copy.
• WILLINGNESS TO MOVE FAST, read fast, learn fast, and improve fast
• TECHNICAL COMPETENCE: You don't need to know how to code, but you need to be able to quickly learn a CMS and other software tools.
