    Position Overview

    We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and expand relationships with our existing client base. This role focuses on client retention, account growth, and referral generation through relationship-building and strategic sales initiatives. You’ll act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction while uncovering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

    The Ideal Candidate

    You are a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in client management and inside sales. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building long-term relationships, and are comfortable managing high-volume calling and CRM systems. Experience in commercial cleaning, rubbish removal, or property services is a strong plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Management – Maintain consistent contact with existing clients, conduct account reviews, and act as the main point of communication.

    Growth Development – Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving new revenue through relationship-building and referrals.

    Sales Activities – Complete daily calls, manage CRM records, and participate in structured accountability meetings.

    Strategic Support – Assist with proposals, attend client meetings, and support large-scale account initiatives.

    Qualifications (Must-Haves)

    2–5 years of inside sales or account management experience

    Strong relationship-building and communication skills

    Hands-on CRM experience and comfort with high-volume calling

    Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
