    About the Role

    We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Lead Manager to help drive our acquisitions pipeline and create exceptional seller experiences.

    In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell. Your goal is to build rapport, qualify leads, and set quality appointments for our Acquisitions team while helping nurture deals through the sales process.

    Your Day-to-Day

    • Speak with motivated homeowners by phone, text, and email
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
    • Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions team
    • Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
    • Keep CRM records accurate and organized
    • Build trust with sellers through empathy and communication
    • Help support deals from first conversation through closing

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Previous sales, customer service, or lead management experience preferred
    • Comfortable working inside CRM systems
    • Highly organized and self-motivated
    • Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic

    • Monday–Friday (with flexibility to hit KPIs)
    • Base + Commission
    • On-Target Earnings: $55,000+
