    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales - Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting with various administrative and sales-related tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist the sales team in generating leads and managing customer accounts.
    - Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    - Provide product information and assist customers in understanding features, benefits, and pricing.
    - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce software.
    - Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and presentations as needed.
    - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    - Support the team in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports.
    - Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
    - Assist with order processing, including order entry, confirmation, and follow-up.
    - Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
    - Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

    Qualifications:

    - PREVIOUS INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

    - High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

    - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
    - Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
