    CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE ROLE WITH GROWING FINANCIAL SERVICES FIRM

Our hallmarks of responsiveness, availability, dependability, and competency are our highest priorities.  This role serves as the main point of contact for clients for their day-to-day service needs.  

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  

    • Building long-term relationships with clients and custodian service teams
    • Acting as a liaison to clients’ other trusted advisors (accountants, attorneys, and the like)
    • Anticipating client needs and concerns, and delivering solutions prior to client requests
    • Ensuring tracking and execution of estate and philanthropic strategies
    • Researching and responding to client inquiries and issues across a variety of areas including philanthropic grant making, private air travel, and overseas travel
    • Managing new client on-boarding and account opening processes
    • Working with custodian client service teams to facilitate client transactions
    • Managing cash balances and private banking services in accounts, including processing check and wire requests, account reconciliation, and bill pay
    • Creating and maintaining client files in CRM and other systems
    • Assisting Firm in adhering to regulatory compliance and operational policies and procedures

    • Have experience serving and interacting with clients daily 
    • Have a bachelor’s degree with at least two to four years of professional work experience
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office

     

    ADDITIONAL BUT NOT REQUIRED:

    • Advanced degrees or designations – CPA, JD, paralegal 
    • Financial services experience

     

    SALARY:

    • $90-110k plus bonus and great benefits
