    RECRUITING COORDINATOR, CONTRACT

     

    Growing education tech firm in the Bay Area is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in a temporary capacity to begin. The need is immediate, and they is opportunity for growth for the right candidate. Ideally, this person will have strong recruiting coordination experience, excellent written and verbal skills, strong excel knowledge, and the desire to grow in a sourcing and recruiting capacity.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate phone, onsite, and or video conference interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency 
    • Arrange and schedule travel and hotel accommodations for multiple candidates and cope with constant change in doing so
    • Coordinate and work effectively with HR, Recruiting and other team members
    • Maintain recruitment (ATS) applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
    • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner
    • Deliver a positive and exceptional candidate experience for all candidates
    • Organize and participate in recruiting events
    • College Recruiting Program: coordinate all travel, scheduling and accommodations for college candidates.
    • Create and interpret ad hoc recruiting reports in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel) that reflect the metrics of our hiring process
    • Evolve and grow into sourcing and candidate outreach through various platforms and means.

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Experience in, and skilled in, the logistics of scheduling and coordinating large numbers of phone, video chat and onsite meetings with changing priorities.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google apps
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven calendar management and scheduling expertise
    • You can organize and solve logistical problems for constantly changing situations.
    • Experience in a Coordinator role in Recruiting
    • Familiarity with an ATS system
    • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work time efficiently
    • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver, high-energy, driven
    • Strong team player with a positive personality
    • Strong in Excel / Google Sheets. Ideally, proficient in writing and creating formulas and functions; dealing with large data sets, advanced formulas such as lookups, and checksums

     

    SALARY:

    • $27-35/hr DOE to begin
