    Insight Business Coaching is seeking an experienced and professional Office Administrator specializing in performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Responsibilities: • General clerical duties • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls • Assist with program setups and communication processes amongst employees and clients • Human resource duties, including onboarding for employees, contractors, and clients • Maintain item inventories and equipment due dates • Assist in maintaining an organized warehouse • Establish bank relations with owners and line of credit applications • Post and maintain salable equipment • Maintain alliance connections and vendors • Assist in organizing classes and/or training exercises • Assist Financial Scorekeeper with PL items, client scorecards, and tax planning schedules • Assist owners with purchasing functions • Establish client fulfillment Qualifications: • Microsoft Office proficient • Skillful in communications; written and verbal • Skillful in planning, organizing, and prioritizing functions • Oriented in problem assessment and problem-solving • Efficiently gather and monitor information and communications • Attentive to details and accuracy • Comfortable maintaining flexibility and adaptability • Customer service orientation Compensation: $15 - 17 hourly
