Remote work is available for this internship. We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources intern to assist our HR coach. You will assist with various aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. This position will be a minimum of five hours per week. Responsibilities: Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy • Work closely with our HR Coach to conduct HR related development tasks for clients Qualifications: Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Must be pursuing a degree in business management, HR management, or a similar major
