Responsibilities: Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Assist Master Coach with our client's financial scorecards, goal-setting, light bookkeeping and accounting needs Qualifications: Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • Must be pursuing a degree in a finance related field or major
