    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. The employer is an enterprise level company in the Biotech industry and this Specialist will join a global Product Marketing group. This group is responsible for developing product messages, go-to-market digital strategies, and campaigns delivered across all web channels. The Specialist will be working closely with the Global Market Development Managers overseeing the business portfolios, Product Management, other cross functional partners, and external agencies. Daily responsibilities include:

    • Enable and initiate activities across digital marketing channels to support execution in social, display, search, 3rd party etc
    • Delivery of ongoing reporting and campaign analysis leveraging Adobe Analytics, Power BI and others
    • Analyze customer web journey and identify opportunities to increase lead collection, online ordering, and add to cart metrics
    • Test A/B test opportunities on various channels and items
    • Regularly conduct benchmark analysis and prepare reports for business partners
    • Analyze key marketing programs for Return on Investment and program optimization.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners for best in class digital learning and reapply into the Product Marketing group
    • Work closely with Global Market Development Managers to support all digital programs
    • Create and curate content needed to help drive awareness, demand, and conversion of Sample Prep products
    • Collecting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) & Marketing Qualified Opportunities (MQOs)

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-business, analytics, technical service, product management or other closely related position
    • Experience managing multiple portfolios and products across various customers
    • Exceptional communication skills (presentation, email, conference calls, etc.)
    • Analytical thinking skills and experience in analyzing trends on a business and capable of turning into reports and presentations
    • Experience utilizing KPIs to determine best digital marketing strategies
    • Global Marketing experience
    • Strong digital marketing understanding in various channels, performance metrics and ecommerce
    • Experience in reporting and campaign analysis leveraging Adobe Analytics, Power BI and others
    • Experience identifying and collecting MQLs & MQOs
