Insight Global is looking for motivated Call Center Representatives to support a leader in the consulting industry. The representatives will be responsible for answering and routing calls appropriately, providing information and assistance relating to issues or inquiries. This person will act as the customers point of contact in resolving any issues or requests the customer presents. This is a fully remote position but having a working computer, and working high speed internet will be important.
