An employer is looking for a Business Analyst to work for a leader in the financial industry. This individual is going to be a part of the digital platforms organization and supporting the companys website traffic. You will be analyzing consumer action within application process of companys product offerings (mortgage loan, auto loans, student loans, checking / savings account, etc) on the website. We will be looking into how a consumer interacts, what pages they visit, and looking into the completion of why they are visiting the website. We are always looking at ways to improve the application process, so the consumers experience is efficient and enjoyable, ultimately leading to more products being sold. You will also be responsible for supporting and building platforms from the business that you analyze. We need this individual to hit the ground running, be a go-getter, and be attentive to detail. 7-10 years of Business Analyst experience
Experience working for a bank and focused on digital (online) project work - consumers experience
Experience writing user stories, business cases, and business requirements (understand how to use process flow diagrams, UML unified modeling language) process flow diagrams and -> grooming stories
Previously worked for a banking company or financial institutions
Experience working on a scrum team
Understanding artifacts in agile methodologies (user story, breaking down customer view features)
Experience with Jira (writing user stories, use cases)
Confidence with facilitating conversations, groups, and stories
Excellent oral and written communication
Experience being a part of a credit card or apply (digital banking) project
Understanding how to support new and existing customers (develop software for customers)
Previous experience working for this company
Experience using JAMA
