OVERVIEW:

The Loan Processor is responsible for processing all Conventional, FHA, and VA loans and ensuring the file is ready for underwriting approval. The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years experience processing loan applications and be comfortable reaching out to customers for additional documentation as needed. The processor must have strong attention to detail, and be flexible and willing to work with an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of experience processing mortgage loan applications
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, bond and conventional underwriting guidelines and loan process
• Strong background in Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Product Advisor (LPA)
• Strong attention to detail, strong communication, and multi-tasking

PLUSSES:

• Knowledge of encompass loan origination system
• New Construction experience
