    Job Description

    ERP SALES CONSULTANT

    Are you an experienced ERP Business Development Executive with a strong desire to hunt down new clients and a track record of building a book of business? Do you enjoy solid team collaboration and being a quarterback for the sales process? If this is true of you and it would appeal to you to take the reins with regard to ERP sales and work with people who are genuine, passionate about what they do, and put the customer first-then we have the role for you!

We are looking to add an experienced Business Development, natural sales ‘hunter’ with strong ERP experience to our team. Our ideal candidate is self-directed, hungry, has sold ERP (SAP, Infor, Lawson, Epicor MS Dynamics etc.), and thrives on directing the sales process and closing deals. Salary up to $125k plus benefits and commissions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Handle pre-qualifying sales calls to determine Budget, Authority, Need and Time Frame (BANT)

    · Must be effective at independently building pipeline and managing the funnel

    · Maintain prospect information and contact notes in the CRM system

    · Clearly state activities and opportunities relating to leads and prospects

    · Develop and maintain working knowledge of software products and value to target companies

    · Assist with the development of targeted prospect lists and specific marketing messaging

    · Develop sales opportunities from business development/lead generation activities

    · Manage sales pipeline to close new business with both new and existing accounts

    · Nurture & develop leads with regular phone calls, emails and other forms of communication that deliver the value of our company and the solution to the prospect

    · Present high-level overview demos using scripts

    · Complete and deliver PowerPoint for presentations to prospects

    · Be an expert on pricing, promotions and licensing of the software

    · Independently create quotes and proposals for prospects

    · Compile preliminary budgets and professional proposals for prospects

    · Research and identify information that would be beneficial to prospects and customers

    · Strategize, negotiate & close business

    · Must be capable of selling the value of the team/differentiate us from the competition

    · Work closely with other team members to close new business

    · Submit and track orders with software vendors and ISV/third party products

    · Participate in Trade Shows and other events

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · 4+ years proven software/technology sales experience

    · Ability to interact successfully with C-level executives

    · Clear understanding of the process of converting a lead to an opportunity

    · Strong organizational skills

    · Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed

    · Excellent oral communication skills

    · Excellent written communication skills

    · Excellent CRM skills

    · Ability to accurately identify qualification criteria of budget, authority, need, timeframe and solution fit

    · Ability to identify and articulate the business pain(s) which cause the suspect/prospect to consider new software

    · Some travel required
