We are a global technology leader, that make products in several industries that have made us a household name worldwide. We are currently looking to hire two Java Developers for our Lincoln, Nebraska manufacturing site. These positions have significant prospects for growth.
Ideal candidates will have anywhere from 2-4 years of Java experience, and more entry level candidates are welcome to apply too. Salary range $58k to $95k, depending on experience + excellent benefits AND sizeable bonus. We invest a lot in training for our employees and want you to grow with us!

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and analyze computer programs & systems, and create new programs. • Assess user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost & time required, compatibility with current system and computer capabilities. • Configure plans outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design. Plan, develop, test and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. • Submit plans to user for approval. • Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps program must follow and to describe logical operations involved. Consult with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. • Resolve simple system problems and ensure appropriate escalation of complex problems. • Isolate and diagnose of general application or system problems. • Execute work orders/service requests in accordance with established service level objectives and/or project plans. • Deliver assigned project/product/service components on time, within budget and in accordance with specified levels of quality.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Bachelor’s degree in the Computer Science field preferred • Four years of JAVA development experience (JAVA SE8 preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience • Project Management experience highly desired
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, email, and additional programs/software as necessary • Oracle Database experience, AWS and Eclipse experience a plus
