Are you an experienced business analyst with ERP implementation experience? Would you enjoy getting in at the ground level of a companywide, multi-site ERP implementation? If this appeals to you and you have some good technical and operational ERP experience, we would like to speak to you.

This is an opportunity to work with a manufacturing and warehouse operations company that will be implementing the latest ERP Cloud technology. The upcoming implementation of the ERP system has created a need of a technical and operational ERP Business Analyst. You will play an integral role from the beginning of the ERP project to ensure a successful implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support a successful ERP implementation in 2021
• Perform as a subject matter expert and administrator for ERP Systems and integrations
• Provide routine operation support through ERP business solutions
• Evaluate business processes, identify needs, and develop strategies to maximize continuous improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain ERP documentation and manuals
• Improve training and operational procedures to increase productivity
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and KPIs to departments, management, and executive team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other Computer Science related fields
• 3+ years of Business Analyst Experience
• 3+ years of ERP Experience
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP system (Preferred)
• Proficient in using and working with Databases
• Business Intelligence Tool and Reporting Experience
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Agile Project Management Experience (Preferred)
