Our ideal sales associate will have a more consultative sales approach and you will have to engage one-on-one with the customers to discover their needs so that we can provide them with exceptional service. You're the first point of contact for customers and are here to guide them through our services. Prospective clients are apartments, churches, general contractors, healthcare, manufacturing, property management and senior living, therefore knowledge in any of these verticals is a plus.

We specialize in commercial disaster restoration & recovery pertaining to water, fire, storm and mold damage. Our patented desiccant dehumidifiers and custom portable vacuum freeze dryers give us a unique advantage over all of our competitors. We are part of a network of certified restoration professionals that supply nationwide mitigation services.

Requirements:

Highly motivated and dedicated with an "ownership" mindset

Experienced and trained in the sales process “closer”

Dedicated to providing customers with an excellent experience

Skilled at building relationships with people

Proficient with computer software programs including; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Experience with a CRM tool

Ability to sell conceptual commercial disaster restoration & recovery services in highly competitive markets

· Clean driving record is a MUST

Desired:

Knowledge of apartments, churches, general contractors, healthcare, manufacturing, property management and senior living markets

Understanding of fire, water, wind, hail, mold remediation, and contents

Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience

Industry certifications and education – IICRC, OSHA, CAD, Construction Management
