    The Restoration Team Coordinator (TC) assists in the administration of each job in the job management system; assists in the collection efforts; assists in and helps resolves customer service issues timely and efficiently, assists Accounting, Project Managers and General Manager in administration of job production as needed. The TC is managed and supervised by the GM/or the Senior Project Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in ensuring job costs are accurate, logged in the job management system and invoiced correctly.

    Manage the operations portion of the job management system, job progression from start to finish of the job, authorization, compliance task, paperwork, photos, COC, etc.

    Assists in the daily scheduling of jobs, on-call and PTO schedules, rebuild vendors schedules, etc.

    Assists in the administer of production team daily paperwork, compliance task, uploading documents, timesheets, ensuring accurate and legible

    Onsite moisture maps, sketches, paperwork clerk, quality control to supply management on large jobs or when needed.

    Onboard, train, mentor, motivate new hires and field personnel. Influence the team to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work.

    Responsible to learn and stay up to date with all required programs, such as Xactimate, T&M Pro, DASH, Matterport, iGuide, etc.

    Ensure the compliance with OSHA guidelines and all safety standards are meet on jobs.

    Have a great knowledge and understanding of construction industry standards.

    Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times.

    Assist the production and other departments when needed.

    Be able to bring an upbeat, energetic, “can-do” attitude to work every day, with a willingness to learn.

    Independently manages their own work, task oriented, a problem solver and get the job done.

    Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.

    Maintain professionalism, sensitivity and tact to portray the company in a positive manner at all times.

    Ability to, on short notice, work after hours and travel local and out of state when necessary.

    Update, create and educate processes and procedures when assigned.

    Right hand person for the Director of Ops and sounding board for everyone else.

    Requirements:

    Knowledge of all mitigation and rebuild aspects of disaster restoration from start to completion.

    Skilled in using Word and Excel and be comfortable with technology in general.

    Skilled in time management, problem solver, conflict resolution, teamwork and training to empower the team.

    Ability to learn software programs such as Xactimate, T&M Pro billing, Dash, etc.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry.

    High level of integrity, trustworthy, works well with others to bring out their best.

    High School Diploma/GED.

    Good driving record and valid driver’s license.

    Must pass background check.

    Self-motivated and ability to work extra hours during emergencies when needed.

    Be able to travel on short notice.

    Experience:

    Water/Fire/Mold/Contents/Rebuild restoration experience: 5 years (Preferred)

    Xactimate: 2+ years (Preferred)

    Moisture Mapper: 2+ years (Preferred)

    Management: 2+ years (Preferred)
