    Job Description:

    As a Data Analyst at Insightin Health, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making and assist in developing cutting-edge modeling solutions. You will work with diverse healthcare datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize data analysis tools, and contribute to the success of our organization through data-driven insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Data processing and analysis:
      • Collect, clean, and preprocess large healthcare data from various sources
      • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights
      • Conduct statistical testing and hypothesis testing to derive actionable conclusions
    • Data visualization and reporting:
      • Generate summaries of results for internal and external stakeholders
      • Present findings in a clear and understandable manner
      • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings
    • Data quality assurance:
      • Implement data quality checks and data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
      • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams:
      • Work with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
      • Translate business objectives into data analysis tasks and deliverables
      • Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Statistics, Data Science, or a healthcare-related discipline
    • At least 1 year of industry experience working as a data analyst or in a related role
    • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
    • Proven experience of data wrangling, data analysis, and statistical testing on large datasets
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
    • Familiarity with basic machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques
    • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Experience in the healthcare industry or health plan analytics is a plus
