Insignia Training Partners, LLC is looking for freelance, remote, Virtual Producers for both full and part-time roles, to start as soon as possible. The Producer will support our client in setting up classes and meetings online, managing technical issues, and closing out the meetings and training sessions. Our client runs thousands of virtual sessions annually in the US, across all time zones. Candidates must be very comfortable with technology and have some experience with the Zoom and Web-ex platforms and some training will be provided. Producers will meet with the presenter prior to the session, upload presentation deck, set up polling questions, coordinate break-out rooms and other necessary logistics in order to satisfy the delivery. Producers are not seen on screen but you must possess confidence when speaking to a group. Maturity in your approach is an absolute must as our client is very business professional. Our contract with this client is for one year with a possible extension.
