Job Description

A Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer performs the design, layout, testing, and evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical products and systems. 

• May perform product development activities, including drawing board layout and interpretation, implementation of customer specifications, and documentation requirements. 
• May utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks, and conducts engineering studies. 
• May perform risk assessments and generate risk mitigation plans and strategies. 
• May specialize in specific field of mechanical engineering, such as hydraulics, electro-mechanical, controls and instrumentation, robotics, tooling, etc.; or in a type of product, such as propulsion systems or mechanical equipment.
