    Job Description

    The Insmed Summer Internship Program gives students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment, receive mentoring from highly skilled professionals and work on dynamic team projects. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship that will begin May 28, 2019 until August 16, 2019. The intern will be assigned goals and objectives that will support the strategic business plan of the team. The Internship Program culminates with each Intern presenting on their Insmed experience to members of our staff.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Management activates by working with various system owners/agencies to remediate vulnerability findings.
    • Data collection and secretion for SaaS incident response platform - Pager Duty
    • SAML integration of over 100 plus applications in OKTA- SSO solution
    • Streaming security for Cloud Apps in Azure
    • Incident Management in Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile
    • Learn how to address and resolve IT issues in real world situations
    • Helping hand in other IT projects including VMWare AirWatch, O365, Backup Solution Druva, AWS Environment
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
    • Pursuing a career in IT with related degree (Computer Science, IT, MIS, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013, 2016(Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
    • Open to students currently in full-time pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • Must currently be in pursuit of a degree in Information Technology or other related field
    • Successful completion of freshman year at accredited college
